Registration

Registration fees to attend a conference, convention, seminar or any other event may be paid with your Commodity-only or Travel & Commodity PCard.

Only the registration fees are PCard eligible, additional activities and meals are not allowed.

REMEMBER: A Travel Authorization, entered into the Travel and Expense Module, is required for all travel relating to conferences/conventions and foreign travel.

A Travel Expense Report will still be filed for your trip once you return, just as it is now.

Remember, if you have a Travel-Only PCard an attempt to charge registration may be declined.
Travel-only PCards are for lodging, car rental and airfare.
