Membership's are allowable on PCard but before you purchase, remember that Memberships require the following:

(1) A current University of Florida Open Record Certification on file for the organization you are paying.

To verify that an organization has a current certification on file, please refer to the EXCEL link under Open Records Certification for Memberships at the following page: Purchasing & Disbursement Services

If the certification has expired, request that the organization complete the University of Florida Open Records Certification

(2) A completed Request for Organizational Membership Approval form

Make sure that the PCard transaction backup documentation showing the above are included with your PCard receipts attached to your Monthly Report.
