Lost or Stolen

In the event that a PCard is lost or stolen, the cardholer should immediately contact Bank of America to report the incident. At this time the existing card account number will be closed and a card with the new number will be sent to the PCard Team to be issued to the individual cardholder.

Call the Bank at (888) 449-2273 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

For security reason the bank will request the cardholder verify:
