If you find it necessary to use a Third Party Provider/Payor - another company which will pay the company you wish to purchase from, include documentation and justification with your PCard purchase as to why using a third party was necessary.

Remember, if a vendor doesn't accept PCard, you can still use a requisition to request a purchase order.
