UF Purchasing Card "PCard"

Welcome to the UF PCard Website

All PCard purchases must have a clear business purpose and be permitted by the funding source. Remember all PCard transactions are subject to review by the PCard Team.

Please be sure that your department has the budget available before making any charges. For instructions on how to check your budget see the Budget Inquiry via KK Instruction Guide on the Bridges website (you may need your Gatorlink password to access the Instruction Guide).

Please direct any comments or suggestions to PCard@ufl.edu.

Welcome to a new way of doing business at the University of Florida. UF Purchasing is pleased to introduce myuf Market, a user-friendly online marketplace designed to streamline the way we purchase goods and services.  The marketplace makes for easy, one-site shopping.  Our most commonly used vendors have electronic/online catalogs, called “enabled,” which you will use to make your purchases.  Check the myuf Market website to see if the vendors you currently use are enabled.  If they are, and they accept PCards, you must place your order with those vendors using myuf Market beginning with your college’s adoption of the new system.

To make purchases in myuf Market using your PCard your card must be added to your myuf Market profile.  To add your PCard, log into myuf Market, and complete the myuf Market PCard Access Form to automatically submit your request to the PCard Team.

For more details and the latest news, see the myuf Market website at http://www.purchasing.ufl.edu/myufmarket/
