How do I get my password re-set?
Email PCard@ufl.edu your name and request your password be reset. If possible, please include your UFID.
NOTE: You will be locked out after four unsuccessful attempts to login.
I am a cardholder, reconciler and approver but my UFR login doesn't work, why not?
If you do not reconcile your own transactions you only need UFA/approver access. You can reconcile and approve other cardholders using the UFA access.
Are Cardholders really going to have to touch PCard transactions?
No. If a cardholder doesn't currently touch a PCard transaction, they won't have to in the interim transaction processing software SDOL. The SDOL on-screen name for FLAIR PCard reconcilers is "cardholder", and the SDOL on-screen name for FLAIR approvers is "supervisor".
Will the Purchasing Card transactions appear on SAMAS/FLAIR reports and inquiries?
Yes. Purchasing card payment amounts will be included as disbursement amounts as they are direct disbursements and purchasing card refunds/credits will reduce disbursements. Both transaction types will be listed on SAMAS/FLAIR reports and inquiries that provide transaction listings.
