Q: Can I make personal purchases from this contract vendor?

A: Yes, Office Depot is now offering a discount card for all UF employees, students, faculty and Alumni to receive discounts in their retail stores. This ~15% discount applies to most items with even bigger discounts on selected products and huge discounts in their copy print centers. Some technology items not included.
To receive your discount card just click Here complete the form and your card will arrive in three to four weeks.

Q: What if the item that I need for my department is not listed on any of the links above?

A: If the items you need are not listed on any of the above links, then use Mr. Paper to obtain a quote! You will still receive the excellent discounted pricing and quality customer service you have come to love! Just remember, do not order single items, create a list of what you need and order weekly!

Q: I like to order in small quantities as I need them, is that ok?

A: In an effort to limit delivery trucks and lower emissions generated by them on our University campus, a $4.95 delivery fee will be applied to orders under $50.00. Departments are urged to shop efficiently and consolidate orders.

The University of Florida Purchasing department is pleased to announce that Invitation to Negotiate ITN07BM-124 for Office Related Products has been completed. This award creates a unique partnership between Mr. Paper, a local vendor that has been providing superior service to the University for more than 30 years and Office Depot a premier national office supply company which has been providing excellent service to the University for 10 years through our local account representative Hugh Davis. This partnership allows the University to continue to receive the excellent service Mr. Paper has always provided along with outstanding pricing from Office Depot. Under this agreement, Mr. Paper will provide all ordering, delivery and customer service while benefiting from the purchasing power of Office Depot.

This contract, which represents an average 16% savings over the University’s current office supply contracts, includes a core list of 250 items that are most frequently purchased by university departments that could provide even greater savings at the individual unit level.
