University of Florida and FedEx Agreement

Purchasing Services would like to announce the award of the new "Courier Services" contract.  Contract ITN07HK-120, effective March 19, 2007 has been awarded to Federal Express.  Federal Express will be the Prime University provider for Courier Services. Existing accounts have already been converted to the contract price schedule.

This contract will provide approximately a 24% overall savings that will reflect a $235K annual savings to the University.
