There are now 2 ways to sort your approvals on the screen; either by approval folder or a straight list
Approvals sorted by folder will display pending approvals in folder categories which can be expanded to see individual approvals
Approvals sorted by list will simply list the individual approvals defaulted newest to oldest
You can also sort your list or folders based on specific criteria using the Sort By drop down menu at the top of the screen
Approvers will now see aging information pertaining to each document directly on
the approval screen. Aging information is the specific number of days the document has been sitting in the approval folder. For example, if a requisition has been sitting in a department approval step for 10
days the interface will say 10 Days in Folder followed by the name of the specific folder.
There is a button available next to each document in the new approval interface.
The default action for this button is Assign. This allows approvers to click the button and easily assign the document to themselves. Whenever the document is already assigned, the default action will be Approve. You can also still open the requisition by clicking the requisition number and approve from within the requisition as well.
Approvers will now be able to use filters located on the left hand side of the page to assist in finding the documents they are looking for. The filter functionality will allow approvers to narrow down the approval documents displayed mimicking the filtering function on the home/shop page. Examples include Supplier, Requestor, Shopper, Workflow Step, and Unassigned vs. Assigned.
This sub-tab is located under the main approvals tab and presents approvers with a list of everything they have either approved or rejected; it is searchable just like the home/shop page.
Approvers will now have a separate tab to manage their substitutions for when they are out of the office. The new Manage Substitutions sub-tab presents approvers with all of the folders to which they have access. From this tab they can assign a substitute to individual folders or to all folders at once.

Supplier Showcase Changes on the home/shop page
Enabled Vendors are now grouped by commodity and there is no longer a separate section for punchout vendors. A vendor's punchout can be accessed from clicking on their icon within their commodity group. Forms are now more conveniently located at the top of the page.
Attachments added as a search/filter option on the Search/Export page
Using the advanced search link in the search/export tab, you can now add attachments to your searches for documents (requisitions and POs). Simply scroll down to the Status Flags section of advanced search and check the With Attachments box to enable this filter on your search.
